But we still need to play, and as our lives become more complex we find that we&nbsp;need to play ever more seriously and more deeply. We want even those who are not working on a production in a traditional capacity (\u201cactor\u201d, \u201cdesigner\u201d, etc.) to attend our open workshops and be involved in our exploration throughout<em>&nbsp;<\/em>the creative process. Participation in theater should be open to all, regardless of their professional training or experience.
